Love this school!

Posted by kimrez on 9/24/2008

I feel blessed to send our kids to FCDS. They LOVE it! I love that we feel a part of our kids educational experience. We are involved in the school because we all enjoy being at school events together! The education is incredible, better than any HAG or AG program out there, and the small class size allows the teachers to really know my kids. It really is an impressive school!

Best school in the Piedmont

This school is exceptional - best value in town! The small class size and impressive faculty and coaches are amazing. My son is dyslexic and struggles to learn, but is extremely bright. He enrolled in the MAP program at FCDS and is thriving! He has access to incredible resources and the best teachers I have ever encountered. I love the school enviornment. I also have a son in the lower school, and I can't express how much he loves the school. It is a wonderful, safe enviornment. If you haven't been to a football game, do so. It is a throw back to the days when families gathered together in a fun filled, safe, happy environment. Take some time and tour the school if you have school aged children. It will amaze you!

Send your kids here

I babysat for a little boy who went to this school. His parents were middle-class and I know it is not that expensive. But let me tell you the difference in this little boy and other little boys his age (he was 6 at the time). He was so intelligent and polite. His parents credited it all to this school. In an age where children can be easily tempted by the "not so nice ways of the world", this is a place you can send them on a daily basis and know that their safety, education and overall spirit is being taken care of to the max.
